Travel Fees

I am based in nORTH SPOKANE

*There will be an additional $25 travel fee for any bookings made in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Cheney, Airway Heights, etc. Other locations and distances will be charged an additional fee based on drive time and mileage*

Custom Video Packages

Extra details for video from off-site shooting, narration style & story building, etc.

*There may be additional fees when creating custom video that requires more production and editing time*

Listings over $750,000 & Up

ADDITIONAL Cost PER BRACKET

*There will be an additional $100 fee added to each bracket for listings over $1 million value, $2 million, etc. *

Payment Period

Once an appointment is scheduled and services rendered, payment is due within a 7 Day time period or MAY be subject to charge of an additional $25 per day for each day over payment due date. *Due Date is written on each invoice*
